On Monday, April 28, 2025, Canadians will head to the polls for the federal election, and for us, as public service workers, this isn’t just another election. It’s a unique opportunity to choose our employer.

That’s right. As federal public service workers, we don’t just work for the government, we vote for it. This election gives us the power to decide which government will set the tone for our workplaces, our bargaining rights, our pensions, and the respect we deserve on the job.

This is our chance to:

• Elect leaders who value the public service and the workers who deliver it.

• Hold decision-makers accountable for their treatment of federal employees.

• Shape the policies that affect our pay, job security, and workplace rights.

Your vote is your voice. On April 28th, let’s make sure it’s heard loud and clear at the ballot box and in our workplaces.
